 My Story

Like many women, I spent years trapped in the cycle of restrictive dieting, binge eating, and frustration. My early fitness journey  including personal training and fitness competitions exposed me to extreme diets, misinformation and confusion about how fat loss truly works. I tried every fad diet, only to struggle with bloating, extreme digestive issues and emotional burnout.

It wasn’t until I studied dietetics that I discovered a better way. I learned that sustainable fat loss doesn’t require obsession, restriction, or giving up the foods you love. By combining nutrition science with habit strategies and strength training, I developed an approach that works for real women in real life.
